Visions Program Instructions Using your mouse, highlight the first K reading value (whole or fractional) then click the UP/DOWN arrows until the value is set correctly. Repeat this process for the second K reading value and both of the refraction values until they indicate the patient's accurate RX. The Visions lens specifications will dynamically change as you change these values. When you have finished, the recommended Visions lens will be displayed. If necessary, you can see the "Small & Large" lens options by clicking the [ DIA Options ] box in the lower right corner. The [ Locations ] box in the lower left corner will display the X-Cel cities and toll-free phone numbers.
